Regular Board meetings are open to the public. Prior to any final action being taken on any topic or prior to moving on to a new topic. Members of the public in attendance at the meeting are invited to address the Board regarding topics under consideration

IV. COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE: Under Comments from the Audience, the public may address the Board on any subject not listed on the agenda and items listed under the Consent Calendar. The public member may only address the Board once under this item. Three (3) minutes may be allotted to each speaker. The Board cannot act on non- agenda items and, therefore, the Board cannot respond to issues brought up under Comments other than to provide general information. The public member shall state his/her name and address before addressing the Board.

V CONSENT AGENDA Information concerning the consent items listed below has been forwarded to each Board member prior to the meeting for study. All items on the consent agenda will be approved with one motion which is not debatable and which requires unanimous vote for passage. If any member of the Board, the Superintendent, or the public so requests, an item shall be removed from the section and placed on the regular order of business following the approval of the consent agenda.
